We wanted to offer two very different options that will appeal to different people's idea of Fun.
Disparate Fun will have two options.

5K
Race, run or hike the 5K+ loop.

50K Pay Your Dues
This is where things get interesting. This is not a TPK original idea but we loved it some much we had to offer our own.
Much like a backyard ultra or last man standing style event, runners must run a 5K+ loop on the hour. They will need to finish within an hour and be ready to go on the next hour to do it all over again. This will be done 5 times, so hour 0(zero), 1, 2, 3 and hour 4 totaling ~16 miles. All that is like a buy-in aka paying your dues for the actual race. On hour 5 every one that has finished paying their dues will start the ~14.5 mile loop. Placement is determined by finishing order on the final loop.

Things to Note

• We will have 1 aid station at HQ for the 5K.
• We will have the following aid stations for the 14.5 mile loop.
  --- Mile 5 - Water Only
  --- Mile 10 - Full Aid Station
  --- Mile 13.5 - Water Only
  
• Drop bags are only allowed at the HQ start/finish area.
• Crewing is only allowed at the HQ start/finish area.
• No on-course support allowed., no pacers.
  
• 50K Pay Your Dues
• You must complete each 5K within the hour and be at the start area for the next 5K start or you are out.
• You must complete all five rounds of the Pay Your Dues portion in order to start the final 14.5 Mile Loop.
• Your final placement is determined by your finish placement in the final 14.5 Mile Loop.
